Paolo is an accomplished Human Resource Executive, with 30 years of experience in different sectors: from Manufacturing (Oil Company) to Retail, ending with IT and Services. He started in 1986 as a new graduate in an Italian Oil company and then joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1994 as HR Manager of the Rome site. Having successfully played different HR roles and gained international experience, in 2005 he relocated with his family to Sydney Australia where he was the Head of the EDS Asia-Pac HR Team, leading a major workforce transformation. After the HP acquisition of EDS, in 2009 he became the HP Italy HR Director, accomplishing a number of key strategic goals, mainly related to transforming and re-shaping the workforce and executing the associated change management plan. In December 2012 Paolo was appointed as the Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa HR Director and relocated to Dubai with his family. He holds a Degree in Political Sciences and Economics cum Laude from LUISS University in Rome and a Specialization in Industrial Relation and Labor Law.
